Why choose to study through the UFS?
The UFS is keeping with digital transformation by offering non-traditional, online education. Our vision is to provide opportunities for open and lifelong learning, to broaden access to higher education, and to provide continuing higher education programmes for students who are unable to participate in traditional, full-time, on-campus study.
Given this vision, our mission is to coordinate education activities in order to harness open and lifelong learning principles and methods, to broaden access to higher education opportunities for all.
Our online programmes offer students expert support from faculties, departments, and lecturers to ensure that students are exposed to superior tertiary education, in line with the on-campus university ethos.
